For this project land has been taken on lease from Greater Noida Industrial Development Authority. Total area of land is 20073.90 sq.mt. Total unit in the project will be 1062 comprising of 3/4/5 room apartments. There are four towers.The two towers having 536 flats have been launched which is likely to be completed by December,2021.
