A R Domain

A R Domain is a mid-sized housing project by A R Buildtech, the Ghaziabad developer behind A R Reflections in Raj Nagar Extension. It is located at Morta, near the Milestone Institute, in the belt along the old Delhi-Meerut road north-east of central Ghaziabad. UP RERA registered the project in April 2025 on a site of roughly 8,000 sq m, a little under two acres, with 183 units in total. The mix is heavily 3 BHK, with 150 such homes ranging from about 892 to 1,367 sq ft of RERA carpet area, alongside a handful of 2 BHK and 4 BHK homes and seven shops. Portals describe two towers of about 14 floors and quote super areas of roughly 1,670 to 2,420 sq ft for the 3 BHK options, with entry prices of a little over Rs 1 crore. Planned facilities include a community club, gym, play court and green features such as a sewage treatment plant and organic waste converter. The developer has declared a RERA completion date of March 2028. As the project is fairly small and away from the main high-rise clusters, buyers should visit the site and check road access and approvals before booking.
