Buying and renting
Is ADiHomes free for buyers and tenants?
Yes. Searching, saving properties, getting alerts and contacting owners, agents and builders is free.
What does “verified” mean?
Each badge says exactly what was checked. Phone verified: we confirmed the poster’s mobile or WhatsApp number. Documents verified: we checked ownership papers or the RERA registration. Site verified: our team visited the property. A listing without a badge has not been checked in that way yet.
How do I check a project’s RERA registration?
Project pages show the RERA number with a link to the state RERA website. Open it and search the number before you pay any booking amount.
Are the prices on project pages final?
No. Prices are asking prices from the builder or recent listings, with the date we last checked them. Confirm the current price list and all charges with the builder.
Will my phone number be shared with brokers?
Only the owner, agent or builder of the property you enquire about receives your details. ADiHomes never sells or rents out your contact details.
How fresh are the listings?
Sale listings expire after 60 days and rentals after 30 days unless the poster confirms the property is still available. Every listing shows when it was posted and last confirmed.
Posting a property
How much does it cost to post?
Posting is free. Owners can keep two listings live at a time and agents five.
Why is my listing waiting for review?
Every listing passes automatic checks before going live. If a check finds something, for example a phone number in the description, a price far from the area’s usual range, or photos with another website’s watermark, a person reviews it. You get an email when it is approved or if changes are needed.
Can I put my phone number in the description?
No. Buyers contact you through ADiHomes, which keeps your number away from spam and scrapers. Listings with contact details in the text go to review.
Which photos can I upload?
Your own photos of the property, without watermarks or text from other websites. JPG, PNG or WebP up to 10 MB each, up to 30 photos.
How do I verify my WhatsApp number?
In your account, enter your WhatsApp number and tap the link. WhatsApp opens with a short code already typed; send it to us and your number is verified within seconds.
Your account and privacy
How do I sign in?
Enter your email address and we send you a 6-digit code. There is no password to remember.
How do I delete my account or data?
Email [email protected] from the address on your account. We delete your account and listings, keeping only what the law requires us to keep.
Is ADiHomes available in Hindi?
Yes. Project pages, locality guides and the home page have Hindi versions. Use the हिंदी link at the top of those pages.
