Arete Our Homes 3

Our Homes 3 is an affordable group housing project by Arete India Projects in Sector 6 of the Sohna master plan. It was developed under Haryana's affordable housing policy, which fixes the per square foot rate on carpet area and allots flats by draw. The HRERA Gurugram portal lists Arete India Projects as promoter, with registration 180 of 2017 dated 1 September 2017, under project id RERA-GRG-425-2019, and the certificate shown as approved. Some listing sites attach the Trisara name to the project. Listings describe 1 BHK and 2 BHK apartments and put the total at around 866 units, but they disagree on land area, giving either about 10 acres or 6 acres. One listing still shows a December 2020 possession date with units under construction, which is clearly out of date. The sources reviewed did not show an occupation certificate for this project, so the current state of handover is uncertain. Allottees and resale buyers should check the latest HRERA quarterly report and ask Arete for the occupation certificate and possession schedule.
