Aspire Leisure Valley

Aspire Leisure Valley is one of the new residential phases that NBCC is building on spare land within the old Amrapali Leisure Valley complex, plot GH-02 in Techzone 4, Greater Noida West. It falls under the five additional floor area projects cleared by the Greater Noida authority in 2024 to raise money for completing stalled Amrapali homes, with the Supreme Court and the ASPIRE company overseeing the work. In November 2025 NBCC sold 609 units across Aspire Leisure Valley and Aspire Centurian Park for about Rs 1,069 crore, including 462 units in towers 1 and 2 of Leisure Valley, and AU Real Estate took the selling rights. A further e-auction, reported in January 2026, sold 306 flats in two more Leisure Valley towers. Marketing pages for the phase advertise large 3 BHK and 4 BHK homes, a big clubhouse and high-rise towers, but these figures come from unofficial agent sites and should be checked. The phase is separate from the older Leisure Valley villas and towers that NBCC has already completed. Ask the seller for the approved building plan, carpet areas and the committed delivery date before paying.
