BPTP Nest 81C

BPTP Nest 81C is a plotted colony at Village Budena, Sector 81, Greater Faridabad, by Countrywide Promoters Private Limited, a BPTP group company, and the sister colony of BPTP Nest 81A. It is registered with Haryana RERA as HRERA-PKL-FBD-159-2019, with the registration certificate approved on 25 September 2019. A quarterly schedule filed with HRERA shows the layout plan approved on 30 July 2019, zoning and demarcation plans on 28 January 2020 and service plans on 22 December 2021, while the electricity plan had been applied for but not approved at the time of that report. We did not find a reliable plot count or size range for 81C; a listing site quotes an asking range of about Rs 50 lakh to Rs 90 lakh with no date, so it is not used here. Sector 81 has Puri Aanand Vilas, BPTP Park 81 and Eden Estate nearby and is one of the more settled parts of Neharpar. Before buying, ask BPTP for the approved layout, plot size and completion certificate, and confirm electricity connection status.
