BPTP Parklands Pride Plots

BPTP Parklands Pride Plots is a newer plotted phase of the long-running BPTP Parklands Pride township in Sectors 77 and 78, Greater Faridabad, on land in Village Neemka. BPTP Parklands Pride Limited filed it with Haryana RERA in October 2024; the filing lists 44 plots in 11 size groups, the largest group being 17 plots, cites DTCP licence 87 of 2024, and gives a completion date of July 2029. A BPTP buyer guide gives the registration as HRERA-PKL-FBD-586-2024; we could not see that number on the portal itself. A BPTP notice says the additional licence covers about 3.84 acres in Neemka, taking the Parklands Pride township to about 156.8 acres. This record covers only the new 2024 plotted phase, not the older Parklands Pride floors and plots already on the market. The location benefits from the established Parklands roads, schools and markets in Sectors 75 to 78. Buyers should match the plot number to this registration and read the approved layout, since several Parklands phases sit side by side.
