BPTP The Deck

BPTP The Deck is a small, high-end residential tower in Sector 82, Greater Faridabad, registered with Haryana RERA together with its EWS component as The Deck & EWS. The registration is HRERA-PKL-FBD-183-2019; HRERA approved it at a November 2019 hearing, and the portal now shows an extension certificate uploaded. BPTP has marketed The Deck as a set of about 34 duplex residences, and portals list 4 BHK duplex homes of roughly 3,060 to 3,300 sq ft super area in a single tower of about 36 units. Some listing sites show a total floor count of around 20, which does not match all descriptions, so the floor plan should be checked with BPTP. The project sits among BPTP's older Parklands and Park Grandeura developments, close to the SPR Imperial and Puri Pranayam societies and the Bypass Road. Portals now show the units as ready to move, so a buyer should ask for the occupation certificate for the tower and confirm the duplex layout before agreeing a resale price.
