About Corona Greens
Corona Greens is a plotted residential colony in Sector 5, Sohna, developed by Rambha Construction, a company of the Corona Group. It was licensed in 2019 under the Deen Dayal Jan Awas Yojana and registered with HARERA Gurugram on 1 January 2020 as registration 01 of 2020, over 12.11 acres.
The project form filed with the regulator lists 226 plots in nine size bands, from about 73 to 146 square metres. Under DDJAY rules the developer markets each plot for stilt-plus-four floors with a separate registry for each floor, so many buyers are small builders or families planning independent floors. The layout includes parks, a water body, a skating rink, an open-air theatre, courts and an open gym.
The completion date filed with the regulator was July 2024. The developer's site shows construction photographs but does not state whether internal development is complete or possession has been offered, so buyers should ask for the part-completion or completion certificate, check the status of water, sewer and power connections, and confirm the plot's sale deed before purchasing.
