DDA Golf View Condo Dwarka Sector 19B

Golf View Condo is the name DDA uses for its high-end housing pocket in Dwarka Sector 19B, Phase II, facing the golf course. The Delhi RERA record DLRERA2024P0002 describes 11 HIG towers holding 946 HIG flats, 170 Super HIG flats and 14 penthouses, along with 4 EWS towers with 728 flats, basement parking and services on a site of about 83,740 sq m. The record shows work at a final stage with a completion date of 30 June 2024. DDA sold the large flats through online e-auctions that began in late 2023; reports at the time put the reserve price of a duplex penthouse at about Rs 5 crore. In 2025 DDA ran a separate e-auction of 364 EWS/CSP flats in Tower M, open only to owners of HIG, Super HIG and penthouse flats in Golf View Condo, at a reserve price of about Rs 32.5 lakh each. A Delhi High Court order noted that the main flats had been sold. Resale buyers should check conveyance deed status, maintenance dues and parking allotment with the RWA and DDA before buying.
