DLF Gardencity Central

Gardencity Central is DLF's shop-cum-office plotted colony on the Dwarka Expressway in Sector 84, New Gurgaon, developed by DLF Home Developers Ltd. DLF's project site describes about 8.04 acres with SCO plots of 75 to 188 sq yd, each allowing a basement, ground and four upper floors. The HRERA file under licence 80 of 2021 lists 122 plots and an estimated project cost of about Rs 188.5 crore. An extension of the registration was granted as HRERA extension 24 of 2024, and a DTCP completion certificate for the licence area is on file, which indicates the colony works are done, although each plot owner still needs building approvals and occupancy for their own block. Plots are now traded mostly on resale. The name links it to DLF's Gardencity brand, but it is a separate commercial colony and not part of the Gardencity township in Sectors 91 and 92. Buyers should check frontage, plot depth and the built status of adjoining plots.
