About Ekam Sohna
Ekam is a plotted residential colony in Sector 5 of Sohna, developed by Regional Construction Pvt. Ltd. and marketed as Ekam Homes. It was licensed in 2019 under the Deen Dayal Jan Awas Yojana, Haryana's affordable plotted housing policy, and registered with HARERA Gurugram in July 2019 on 15 acres.
The project form filed with the regulator lists about 288 plots with a wide spread of sizes, from roughly 62 square metres up to 150 square metres, while the developer's website currently advertises freehold plots of 107 to 150 square metres. Under DDJAY rules, buyers can usually build stilt-plus-four floors and sell floors separately, which makes these plots popular with small builders and families planning independent floors.
Ekam's website now describes the plots as ready for possession.
