Forest Walk

Forest Walk is a gated villa development by SRSD Buildcon Venture LLP at Dasna, beside National Highway 24 on the eastern side of Ghaziabad. Its first phase was registered on UP RERA in 2025 over about 9.7 acres, and the registration's unit table counts 99 villas. Rather than high-rise flats, the project offers independent homes in four designs, named Aranya, Vanya, Taal and Aavasa on listing sites, with carpet areas from roughly 2,150 sq ft to about 3,640 sq ft and four- and five-bedroom layouts. A smaller plot-based product is also mentioned. The landscape plan is built around a nature theme, with a forest trail, skywalk, cycle track, viewing decks, amphitheatre and meditation zones alongside a clubhouse, pool and gym. Location-wise, Dasna sits at the meeting point of NH-24 and the Eastern Peripheral Expressway, and the Duhai Namo Bharat station on the Delhi-Meerut RRTS line is nearby. The declared RERA completion date for Phase 1 is June 2027, while a second phase carries a separate registration and a later deadline.
