The authority extended that registration in 2019 after the original completion date passed and asked the promoter to renew a lapsed licence. Town planning records show GLS applied for an occupation certificate on 7 October 2019 for the colony, which measures about 13.4 acres, and listing portals now describe the flats as ready to move. Because this is an affordable housing project, resale is the main route for new buyers, and policy conditions on transfer and maintenance may apply. Buyers should ask for the occupation certificate, the conveyance deed status and current maintenance arrangements.
