Kensington Boulevard Apartments is a high-rise project in Jaypee Greens Wish Town, Sector 131, Noida. The UP RERA registration (UPRERAPRJ4668, spelled 'Kensignton' in the record) is held by Jaypee Infratech Ltd. It covers plots B-12 to B-15, about 20 acres, with 1,928 registered homes in 21 blocks. Most units are 3 BHK (870 units, about 991-1,413 sq ft carpet). There are also 476 two-bedroom homes, 366 four-bedroom homes, 54 penthouses and 158 small units of under 400 sq ft. Listing portals describe the project as about 2,500 homes. That figure probably includes towers outside this registration, so the RERA count is used here. Jaypee Infratech's insolvency ended with Suraksha Group taking control under a plan approved by the NCLT in 2023 and upheld by the NCLAT in 2024. In January 2026 Suraksha named Kensington Boulevard among projects whose towers had applied for occupancy certificates. Later updates give township-wide totals only. Resale buyers should confirm the OC, registry and possession status of the exact tower.
