Jaypee Greens Krescent Homes

Krescent Homes is one of the larger residential projects inside Jaypee Greens Wish Town in Sector 129, Noida. The UP RERA registration (UPRERAPRJ3709) is held by Jaypee Infratech Ltd and covers plots B-31 to B-34, about 24.6 acres, with 2,746 registered homes across 23 towers. Most units are 2 BHK (about 593-871 sq ft carpet), 3 BHK (about 1,255-1,489 sq ft) and 4 BHK (about 1,251-1,800 sq ft), plus 92 penthouses. Older listing data gives super areas of roughly 1,115-2,375 sq ft. The project was booked more than a decade ago. In 2024 a trade report named Krescent Homes among the Wish Town projects that had seen almost no construction for about ten years. Jaypee Infratech then went through insolvency, and Suraksha Group won control under a plan approved by the NCLT in 2023 and upheld by the NCLAT in 2024. Suraksha has since reported progress across the township, but none of the reports we found break out Krescent Homes. The RERA mirror shows the project as completed with a December 2025 date. Buyers and resale purchasers should get tower-wise construction, OC and possession status in writing before paying anything.
