A news report describes about 140 low-rise homes with lifts, three-tier security, a children's play area and a sports zone, and listing portals describe it as a fully built gated community of 3 BHK homes of about 1,600 sq ft. No RERA registration was found in the sources we checked; this is consistent with a project completed before or around the time RERA took effect, but buyers should confirm the status with RPS and HRERA. One portal gives a site area of about 17 acres, which looks large for 140 homes and may refer to the wider RPS land in the sector, so it is not used here. Plateau Greens sits within the RPS cluster in Sector 88 alongside RPS Savana, RPS Palms, Palm Drive and Auria, with shared approach roads and nearby shops and schools. For a resale home, ask for the occupation certificate, conveyance deed and maintenance records.
