Sawasdee Lodhi Greens

Lodhi Greens is a luxury housing project by Sawasdee Projects, marketed with the Galaxy Group, on land that was part of a railway colony at Lodhi Colony in south Delhi. The Rail Land Development Authority offered the Sewa Nagar and Lodhi Colony sites for development in 2023, with the residential land on a 99-year lease. Delhi RERA approved the project as DLRERA2025P0001 on 20 December 2024, with an end date of 17 December 2029. The registration describes a 10,744 sq m plot with about 54,200 sq m (5.84 lakh sq ft) of built-up area in seven towers and one EWS tower, a height of 39.25 m and 439 covered car parking spaces. Portals list 2, 3 and 4 BHK homes and about 214 units in all. RERA unit data gives carpet areas of about 1,500 sq ft for the 3 BHK and about 1,719 sq ft for the 4 BHK, and a few small ground-floor shops; the 2 BHK is listed at about 1,149 sq ft. Prices are on request. New private flats in Lodhi Colony are very rare, which supports demand. As the land is leasehold from the railways, check the lease terms, transfer conditions, final unit count and price sheet in writing before booking.
