SKA Arcadia is a high-street retail project by the SKA Group at the main entrance of Wave City, the township on NH-24 in Ghaziabad. The filing lists 722 shops with carpet areas of roughly 65 to 470 sq ft, making it one of the largest shop inventories in Wave City. The developer has focused on food and beverage tenants: Haldiram's was announced in November 2024 as anchor with an outlet of about 12,000 sq ft, and in December 2025 the group said Bercos, The Barbeque Company and Domino's had signed. Listing sites also mention banquet and office space. The declared RERA completion date is October 2027, which matches the possession date shown on portals. Portal prices range from about Rs 15 lakh for kiosk-size units to around Rs 1.1 crore for larger shops. Buyers should confirm which floors are complete, whether leased units come with rental agreements, and the maintenance and parking terms.
