Soha Olive Homes is an affordable group housing project by the Soha group in Sector 98, Greater Faridabad. An aggregator listing gives its RERA number as HRERA-PKL-FBD-705-2025 and describes about 1,184 apartments in 21 towers on 8.2 acres, with unit sizes of roughly 398 to 644 sq ft and possession targeted for October 2029. Houssed shows 1, 2 and 3 BHK options in an asking band of about Rs 20 to 34 lakh, which matches the capped rates of the Haryana affordable housing policy. Square Yards reported an allotment draw scheduled for 22 June 2026; we could not confirm its outcome. The Soha group also has Olive Town, a separately registered plotted colony in the same sector, and the Neal City DDJAY plots in Sector 98, so applicants should make sure they are applying for the right project. The RERA number has not been checked against the official portal and should be verified there.
