Supertech Supernova

Supernova is Supertech's mixed-use development on plot 3, Sector 94, Noida, a site of about 17 acres at the Delhi end of the Noida Expressway. It is registered with UP RERA in four phases. Phase I covers the Nova East and Nova West residential towers (582 homes: 2 and 3 BHK plus 22 penthouses). Phase II is Spira, a planned supertall with 970 units ranging from studios to 5 BHK residences. Phases III and IV are the Astralis office tower and a large retail and commercial block. Nova East and West are lived in, and roughly 600 buyers are reported to have taken possession. Spira reached 68 floors before work stopped. Insolvency proceedings against Supertech Supernova began in June 2024, and Kotak Investment Advisors committed about Rs 450 crore to revive the project that year. In April 2026 an empowered committee began a forensic audit, verified homebuyers and planned to appoint a new developer, with structural audits of Spira and the Hypernova mall. The mirror marks every phase as completed, but that does not reflect the stalled towers. Treat any purchase outside Nova East and West as high risk until the revival plan is final.
