T and T Atlas

Atlas is a recently launched residential project in Raj Nagar Extension, Ghaziabad, sold under the T&T Group name and registered with UP RERA by Infraegis Constructions Private Limited. The registration, dated mid-2025, covers about 3.13 acres and 375 units: 344 three-bedroom homes, 22 four-bedroom homes and nine small shops. RERA carpet areas for the 3 BHK units range from roughly 929 to 1,448 sq ft, and the 4 BHK is about 1,530 sq ft. A press release issued in November 2025 said the project booked around Rs 300 crore in the first few days, close to half its inventory, at a launch price of about Rs 9,000 per sq ft. The developer's pitch centres on greenery and design, with a planned mini forest of around 9,000 sq ft, an elevated pool, open boulevards and English-style facades. Listing sites describe a high-rise of about 16 floors and point to the Delhi-Meerut RRTS and expressway as the main connectivity draws. The declared RERA completion date is August 2032, which is a long build window, so buyers should study the payment plan and check construction updates on RERA.
