The Haryana RERA portal has a project record for Mindscapes Blocks C, D and a restaurant block in Sector 27B, Badkhal tehsil, filed by Vatika Ltd in June 2019 under project id RERA-PKL-PROJ-563-2019, and Housing.com gives the RERA registration as 196 of 2017. Listings describe about 9 acres and roughly 1.4 million sq ft across four towers, with three said to be operational, and office units from about 500 sq ft up to whole floors of tens of thousands of square feet. HRERA complaint lists also include cases against Vatika Ltd for Mindscapes, so some buyers have raised disputes. Listing sites give the sector as 27B or 27D.
