French Buildmart Private Limited is a private company registered in Delhi with CIN U45200DL2008PTC175630. MCA-based company data gives its incorporation date as 19 March 2008 and its registered office as Panchsheel Park, New Delhi. It shows the company's last recorded AGM as September 2022 and no registered charges. It has no website of its own that we could find. The only project we found linked to it is the one below, which was first marketed under the Capital Group name.

Where it builds

ADiHomes lists one French Buildmart project: The Cityscape, a commercial building of about 351 units on a 2.02-acre plot in Sector 66, on Golf Course Extension Road, Gurugram. ADiHomes shows it as under construction.

Registration history and delivery record

• The HRERA Gurugram website carries a registration certificate, no. 02 of 2018 dated 1 January 2018. It was issued to Capital Skyscraper Pvt. Ltd., of Panchsheel Enclave, New Delhi, for a commercial project on 2.0229 acres in Sector 66, Village Maidawas. It refers to DTCP licence no. 43 of 2010 dated 8 June 2010 and was valid from 1 January 2018 to 31 December 2018. The certificate does not name French Buildmart.
• Other reports say French Buildmart is the licence holder, that Capital Skyscraper is its subsidiary, and that the project was later registered in French Buildmart's own name. A listing site gives that registration as GGM/527/259/2022/02. We could not confirm any of this on the HRERA Gurugram website, whose published list of registered projects stops in early 2021.
• HRERA Gurugram's online complaint search was not working when we checked in October 2026, so we could not review complaints or orders on this project.

We found no completed project by French Buildmart and no occupation certificate for The Cityscape. The 2018 registration ran to 31 December 2018, and we could not see any extension or later registration on the website. The project is therefore older than its current listing suggests.

Insolvency

We found no insolvency proceedings against French Buildmart in the sources reviewed. We could not check NCLT records directly.

What to check before booking

• The current HRERA registration certificate, which promoter it names, its validity and the declared completion date.
• Who holds DTCP licence no. 43 of 2010, and whether it has been renewed.
• If your agreement is with Capital Skyscraper, or you are buying a resale unit it sold, whether the current registered promoter recognises that agreement in writing.
• The occupation certificate before you take possession or pay the final instalment.
• Any HRERA complaints and orders on the project, which you can ask the authority or a lawyer to search.
