Prices

• Prices on project pages are asking prices taken from builders and other public sources, shown with the date we last checked them. They are not final and may exclude charges such as preferential location charges, parking, club membership, maintenance deposits, GST and stamp duty.
• Where a project has no price, we may show an indicative market rate for the area. This is an estimate that we work out from asking prices listed for that area, and it is labelled as such. It is not a valuation, a transaction price or a price offered by the builder.
• Prices in listings are set by the owner or agent who posted them.
• Always get the current price list and a written statement of all charges from the seller before you pay.

RERA status

• The RERA status and registration number on a project page are as shown on the state RERA website on the date we checked. The “RERA registered” badge means only that. A registration can later expire, be extended, or be revoked.
• Check the registration yourself on the official website before you pay any booking amount: for Uttar Pradesh, UP RERA at up-rera.in; for Haryana, HRERA at haryanarera.gov.in; for Delhi, Delhi RERA at rera.delhi.gov.in; and for other states, that state’s RERA website. Pages for Uttar Pradesh projects show the UP RERA website address and a QR code next to the registration number.

Buyer notices

Buyer notices tell you about matters such as insolvency or NCLT proceedings, court-supervised completion, or a missing occupancy certificate. Each one is based on public sources such as court and tribunal records, RERA orders and official notices, which we cite with the date we checked them. The position can change after that date; check the source and the current status before you decide. A buyer notice is a factual summary, not an accusation or a legal opinion.

Images and plans

Images on project pages may be the builder’s artist’s impressions or illustrations, not photographs of the actual project. Floor plans, layouts and specifications are as published by the builder and may change. Rely only on the documents approved by the authorities and attached to your agreement.

Locality guides and articles

Our locality guides are researched from cited public sources and drafted with the help of AI, then published by ADiHomes. Each guide is dated. Roads, metro lines, schools, hospitals and other facilities may be planned, delayed or changed after that date. Visit the area and check with the authority concerned before you decide.

Hindi pages

Pages under www.adihomes.com/hi/ are translated from English by machine (AI). Translations may contain errors. If the Hindi and English versions differ, the English version prevails.

Map locations and distances are approximate and may not show exact plot or project boundaries. Map data © OpenStreetMap contributors.

Listings are posted by owners, agents and builders, who are responsible for them. We check each listing before it goes live (see our Terms of Use), but we do not check ownership, title or documents, and we do not visit properties. “Sponsored” means a placement was paid for; it is not a recommendation.
