Ninex Builders

About this name

Ninex Builders is listed on ADiHomes for Karamyogi Apartments, a ready-to-move building in Sector 10A, Central Gurugram. A property portal attributes three ready projects in Gurugram to Ninex Builders. These are Karamyogi Apartments in Sector 10A, with possession recorded as October 2015, Ninex RMG Residency in Sector 37C, and Ninex Exclusive Villas off Golf Course Road. The same portal gives 2006 as the year the firm was established, but we found no official record to confirm it. Whether other Ninex-branded projects, such as Ninex City in Sector 76, come from the same entity is unclear.

What could not be verified

We could not confirm the legal entity behind Karamyogi Apartments, its founding year or website, or a RERA record for the building. Portals also disagree on its location: one places a Karamyogi Apartments in Sector 107. The name suggests it may have started as a cooperative group housing society, which is common in older Gurugram sectors, but we could not confirm this either.

What a buyer should check

• Whether the title is a developer sale deed or membership of a cooperative society. A society transfer needs its approval.
• The occupation certificate and the approved building plan.
