Mistakes we have found and fixed on ADiHomes, with dates.
When we find a mistake on ADiHomes, or someone tells us about one, we fix it and note it here. Small fixes to spelling or layout are not listed.
October 2026
- Guides re-checked against official sources. We re-read 39 guides line by line against government, RERA and court sources and made 164 corrections: outdated figures, unclear examples and links to the wrong authority. Haryana RERA references now point to the authority that covers each area (HRERA Gurugram for Gurugram, HRERA Panchkula for the rest of Haryana).
- Unconfirmed RERA numbers removed. 26 Haryana projects showed a RERA number that appears on listing websites but that we could not confirm on an official HRERA page. We removed those numbers and added a notice on each project saying so. Four numbers were confirmed and now show the date we checked them.
- Broken source links fixed. About 120 source links in guides and locality pages had stopped working. Each was replaced with the current official page or, where none exists, removed.
- Builder profiles corrected. The profiles of Lodha, Rajdarbar Realty and French Buildmart were rewritten from official records. The Raheja Developers profile and the notices on three Raheja projects were updated; the notice on Raheja Shilas records that the occupancy certificate is disputed.
- Listing websites named, not linked. Where we mention a price or detail seen on a property listing website, we now name the website but no longer link to it, so readers go to official sources first.

If something on ADiHomes is wrong, write to us and choose “Report a wrong fact”, with a link to the page. Builders can ask for a correction or reply in the same way; see corrections and right of reply.
