A list of commercial properties in licensed colonies published for an e-auction on 15 July 2026 includes 64 shops on the ground and first floors of TDI Mall, Sector 58, Kundli, ranging from about 29 to 113 sq m, with reserve prices of roughly Rs 33 lakh to Rs 1.28 crore. The list does not explain why the shops were being auctioned. Visitor reviews of retail in TDI City mention vacant shops and uneven occupancy. Investors should check the title and any encumbrance on a specific shop, the mall's occupancy and maintenance charges, and the auction terms if buying through the e-auction.
