Company-registry sources identify the main entity as TDI Infrastructure Limited, an unlisted public company incorporated on 4 March 1997 in Delhi (formerly Intime Promoters Pvt. Ltd.). Its registered address is in Lajpat Nagar, New Delhi. Other listings credit Ourania to "TDI Infratech Ltd", which is a separate legal entity. Treat the two names with care. Reporting notes that an order against one TDI company does not automatically apply to another.

• Enforcement Directorate: In a May 2026 prosecution complaint under the Prevention of Money Laundering Act, the ED alleged that about ₹4,619 crore was collected from roughly 14,105 customers across 26 Sonipat projects. Reported attachments total about ₹349.55 crore. These are allegations; this research found no reported outcome of the prosecution. The ED also searched a TDI Infratech office in Mohali on 28 September 2026, as reported by a news site.
• RERA: A Haryana RERA execution order of 15 May 2026 provided for civil imprisonment of five directors. A later report says the parties settled and the petition was withdrawn. A separate tribunal ruling reported in March 2026 allowed asset disclosure to enforce a RERA refund award against TDI Infracorp (India) Ltd.
• Insolvency: One report says an early-2019 admission order was set aside on appeal after a settlement. It also says a later restoration order did not start a fresh insolvency process. An NCLT objection list from May 2024 shows an IBC petition against TDI Infratech Ltd, but its outcome could not be verified. No current insolvency process was confirmed.

• Ask for the occupation certificate, the conveyance or sale-deed position and a title search.
• Search HRERA, NCLT and consumer-court records under each TDI entity name.
• Have a lawyer review the agreement. Pay only against documented construction or registry milestones.
