ATS Knightsbridge exits insolvency as NCLT allows settlement withdrawal
The NCLT's New Delhi bench allowed withdrawal of insolvency proceedings against ATS Heights, developer of ATS Knightsbridge in Noida, after a settlement. The developer has indicated handover in about 18-24 months.
