Adani Veris

Adani Veris is an ultra-luxury single-tower project by Adani Realty at Gwal Pahari, Sector 2, on the Gurgaon-Faridabad Road, close to the Adani Lushlands villas. The developer's page describes a 32-storey tower on a 4-acre project area with just one apartment on each floor, which keeps the total count at a few dozen homes. Each residence is a 4 BHK with a lounge, study and staff rooms, with a RERA carpet area of about 333.91 sq m (roughly 3,594 sq ft), and units are handed over as bare shells for owners to fit out. Adani quotes prices from about Rs 20.65 crore. HRERA Gurugram lists the project under Adani Infrastructure & Developers Private Limited as registration 46 of 2025, dated 1 May 2025, and Adani's site gives possession by 31 March 2030. Amenities include a two-level clubhouse, a sky lounge with an observation deck, pool, amphitheatre and planted vertical-forest balconies. Gwal Pahari offers a greener, quieter setting than Golf Course Road while staying within a short drive of it, but buyers should note the limited public transport and check the final RERA number on the portal.
