Amrapali Crystal Homes

Amrapali Crystal Homes is a residential project in Sector 76, Noida, started by the Amrapali Group around 2013 and taken over for completion by NBCC under the Supreme Court's 2019 order. It sits in the same pocket as Princely Estate and Silicon City, close to the Sector 76 metro station. The project is built around large 3 BHK homes of about 1,375 and 1,700 sq ft, with bigger units of about 2,140 to 2,175 sq ft that one portal calls 3 BHK with a staff room and another calls 4 BHK. Portals disagree on scale: one lists 7 towers and 672 flats, another 9 towers and 972 flats on a site of about 10 acres, of which 7 acres are developed. An agent page from late 2025 said seven towers were more than 95 percent complete and the last two were due by December 2025, while another portal already shows the project as ready to move. Residents get a clubhouse, pool, gym and play areas. Before buying, confirm which towers have possession, whether the unit can be registered or is still sold on an agreement-to-sell basis through the court receiver, and the actual carpet area.
