Amrapali Eden Park

Amrapali Eden Park is a small, high-rise society in Sector 50, Noida, one of the city's most settled residential sectors. It was among the first two stalled Amrapali projects, along with Castle in Greater Noida, that the Supreme Court committee asked NBCC to finish, and a 2020 NBCC update said the two projects, with 618 units between them, had been completed and handed over. Listing portals describe four towers of about 22 floors on roughly 3 acres with around 316 apartments, which keeps density low by Noida standards. The homes include 2 BHK flats of about 1,140 sq ft, 3 BHK flats of about 1,360 to 1,625 sq ft and 4 BHK flats of about 2,450 sq ft, all quoted as super area. The society has a pool, gym, clubhouse and sports courts, and residents are close to Sector 50 shopping, well-known schools and hospitals, and the Aqua Line metro. Resale prices on portals vary a lot, so compare recent registered deals in the society. As with other Amrapali projects, check that the flat has a registered deed or receiver clearance and no pending dues.
