About Amrapali Heartbeat City
Amrapali Heartbeat City is a residential project in Sector 107, Noida, launched by the Amrapali Group and later taken over by NBCC under the Supreme Court's revival plan for the group's stalled homes. NBCC awarded the balance construction and defect rectification work for Heart Beat-2 on plot GH-01D to a Gaursons group company on an EPC basis, and in December 2025 it reported that all residential units in Heart Beat City were complete, when a new clubhouse built as part of the amenity upgrade was inaugurated. A listing portal describes the project as about 18 acres with 21 towers of 2, 3 and 4 BHK apartments, but these figures are not confirmed elsewhere. Earlier in 2025, some buyers complained that flats were being offered without occupancy and completion certificates, so the paperwork status of each tower matters. Sector 107 lies close to the Noida Expressway and to office clusters in Sectors 104 to 110, with schools and markets nearby. Anyone buying here should check the occupancy certificate for the tower, the possession letter, the court receiver's clearance and the registry position before paying.
