Amrapali Sapphire is a large residential society in Sector 45, Noida, in the Sadarpur area near Amity University. It was launched by the Amrapali Group, and after the group's collapse the Supreme Court appointed NBCC to complete its stalled projects. NBCC lists Sapphire Phase 1 among the Amrapali projects it has completed, and portals show the society as ready to move, with a second phase listed separately. The complex covers about 12.6 acres. Portals give roughly 2,200 to 2,350 flats in 24 or 25 high-rise towers, so the exact count needs confirming. Homes range from 2 BHK units of about 1,140 sq ft to 3 BHK units of 1,390 to 1,850 sq ft and 4 BHK units of about 2,465 sq ft and above, all quoted as super area. Residents have a clubhouse, pool, gym and courts. The location suits families wanting Central Noida schools and markets with easy access to the Expressway. Since Amrapali registrations and title transfers have passed through the court receiver, resale buyers should check the conveyance deed or allotment status, the receiver's NOC and outstanding dues before buying.
