Ansal Europa Residency

The Europa Residency is a residential project developed by Ansal Properties and Infrastructure within its Sushant City township at Kundli, Sonipat, close to the Delhi border on the G.T. Karnal Road belt. Very little about the project is in the public domain. Square Yards lists it as ready to move, with prices on request and no unit sizes or counts. HRERA Panchkula cause lists include at least two buyer complaints against the developer that name Europa Residency at Sushant City, Kundli, one filed in 2019 and one in 2023, which confirms the name, developer and location. We did not find a RERA registration number, the BHK mix, tower count, land area or a completion date, and it is not clear whether Europa Residency is a separate block or a marketing name for one pocket of Sushant City. Ansal API was admitted to insolvency in February 2025, but an appellate order in January 2026 confined that process to certain Lucknow and Rajasthan projects. Anyone looking at a resale unit here should ask for the occupation certificate and conveyance deed, check the status of complaints before HRERA, and confirm who maintains the society.
