Havana Heights, also spelt Havanna Heights, is a residential block by Ansal Properties and Infrastructure in the Sushant City township at Kundli, Sonipat. Square Yards and Brokersaathi both list it as a 4 BHK-only project with units of about 2,351 sq ft, ready to move. Brokersaathi adds about 70 units on roughly 3.78 acres, but that is a single unofficial source and we have not relied on it. Commonfloor lists Ansal Sushant City Havana Heights as a completed apartment project. Portals disagree on RERA status, with one saying it is not registered and another showing a placeholder; we found no registration on HRERA. Asking prices on portals are undated and have not been used. Because Ansal faces financial stress and there are Sushant City complaints before HRERA, resale buyers should confirm the occupation certificate, conveyance and maintenance status before buying.
