Ansal Plaza Gurugram

Ansal Plaza Gurugram is a neighbourhood shopping mall in Palam Vihar, the large township that Ansal API planned in north-west Gurugram. It stands near Rezang La Chowk in Sector 23 and opened in 2007 with a gross leasable area of about 260,000 sq ft, according to Wikipedia. Square Yards lists it as an Ansal API project on about 4 acres, ready to move, with retail shops on offer. Resale listings show individual shops of roughly 600 to 675 sq ft, which confirms that shops here are sold to separate owners rather than held by one landlord. The mall serves the Palam Vihar plots, houses and group housing societies around it, and the area has grown busier as projects along the Dwarka Expressway filled up. It is not the older Ansal Plaza on Khel Gaon Marg in South Delhi. Like many older malls in the city, it now competes with newer and larger retail centres. It predates RERA, so no registration applies. Anyone buying or leasing a shop should check the title, occupation certificate, maintenance arrangements and how many shops in the block are actually trading.
