Ansal Sunshine County

Sunshine County is a group housing project by Ansal Properties and Infrastructure within its Sushant City township at Kundli, Sonipat. A May 2011 industry report said the project had 639 units and about one million sq ft of saleable area, that 451 units had been offered for possession, and that more than 167 had been handed over at that time. The same report put the surrounding Sushant City township at about 276 acres. Square Yards lists 2 BHK units of about 1,141 sq ft and shows ready-to-move resale flats, including 4 BHK units, while Commonfloor lists the project as completed. We did not find a RERA registration, which is expected for a project handed over before RERA. Ansal has been under financial stress, so buyers on resale should confirm that the conveyance deed has been executed, check the occupation certificate for the tower, and ask the resident association about maintenance, power backup and any pending disputes.
