Aspire Silicon City Phase IV

Aspire Silicon City Phase IV is a new residential phase that NBCC is building on unused land within the old Amrapali Silicon City complex in Sector 76, Noida. The work is part of the Supreme Court supervised revival of stalled Amrapali projects, run through the ASPIRE company, and uses additional floor area approved for the site. The phase covers about 8.5 acres with seven towers and roughly 600 apartments. Three towers have two homes per core and four have three per core, and every unit gets inside and outside terraces. The mix is 3 BHK and 4 BHK homes with a study, plus a small number of penthouses. In May 2025 AU Real Estate won selling rights for 446 units in five towers for about Rs 1,468 crore, and later e-auctions sold a further tower of 111 flats for about Rs 416.5 crore. Planned facilities centre on a G+4 clubhouse with a pool, gym, spa rooms and banquet halls. The Sector 76 and Sector 50 metro stations are nearby. This phase is separate from the older, already occupied Amrapali Silicon City towers, and buyers should confirm the registration status and delivery timeline directly with NBCC or the selling agent.
