About Atrium Place

Atrium Place is a large Grade A+ office campus in Udyog Vihar Phase V, developed by a joint venture of DLF and Hines next to the Rapid Metro line and just off NH-48. DLF gives its size as about 3.07 million sq ft on nearly 12 acres, while the architect, Pelli Clarke & Partners, describes 2.88 million sq ft across four office buildings. The design centres on a 25-metre-tall daylit atrium wrapped with around 100,000 sq ft of retail, dining and tenant amenities. Delivery was targeted for 2025, and reports based on Propstack data say Google India leased about 6.2 lakh sq ft across floors two to 16 of Tower 1, with the lease starting on 1 October 2025, one of the largest office deals of that year. The project carries LEED Platinum and WELL Platinum pre-certifications and WiredScore ratings. Like other DLF rental assets, the space is leased rather than sold. For homebuyers, it strengthens the Udyog Vihar and Cyber City job cluster that feeds demand in DLF Phases, Sushant Lok and the Dwarka Expressway.
