Bharat Business Park

Bharat Business Park is the newest commercial block in NBCC's redevelopment of the Sarojini Nagar government colony on Ring Road. It is registered with Delhi RERA as DLRERA2026P0005 under the name Commercial-D, Packages A and B, with NBCC and the Land and Development Office of the housing ministry as promoters. The record lists a freehold site of about 57,800 sq m, approval in March 2025, a total project cost of about Rs 1,760 crore and an end date of February 2031, and shows construction in progress. NBCC is selling the built-up office space through e-auction and earns a 1 percent marketing fee on sales. In April 2026 it reported selling about 14 lakh sq ft for roughly Rs 5,779 crore, and in August 2026 it said a further 2.34 lakh sq ft had gone for about Rs 1,236 crore. News coverage also said NBCC itself was the highest bidder for one tower worth about Rs 1,374 crore. Given how quickly WTC Nauroji Nagar sold out, remaining space here is likely to be limited. Buyers should check NBCC's auction notices for what is still on offer, and factor in the 2031 completion date.
