District Walk is BPTP's high-street retail project in Sector 81, Greater Faridabad, part of its large Parklands and District township in the Neharpar sectors. BPTP's own landing page describes double-height shops with mezzanines, standalone outlets, multi-level showrooms, entertainment space and food and beverage outlets. Square Yards lists about 347 units on roughly 10.5 acres, while another aggregator gives 10 acres. Brokersaathi quotes the RERA number as HRERA-PKL-FBD-357-2023. The HRERA portal also shows several separately registered District Walk blocks by BPTP group companies Countrywide Promoters and Designer Realtors, including District Walk B in Sector 81 (HRERA-PKL-FBD-238-2021), District Walk E and F in Sector 83 (385-2022 and 386-2022) and District Walk D in Sector 84 (418-2023), though the snippets do not state their use. Listing prices range widely, from about Rs 82 lakh to Rs 2.5 crore, and some listings describe pre-leased shops. Buyers should confirm the block, its registration number and its completion status directly with BPTP.
