Capital One Global

One Global, marketed as Capital One Global or Capital SCO 73, is a shop-cum-office plotted colony in Sector 73, Gurugram, on the Southern Peripheral Road. HRERA records name Capital Heights Pvt Ltd as promoter after DTCP approved a change of developer from the original licensee, Goddard Builders and Constructions. The site measures about 7.41 acres under DTCP licence 184 of 2022, which is valid until November 2027. The project was registered with HRERA Gurugram as 30 of 2023, and the registered completion date was 30 September 2025; the promoter applied to extend the registration on 26 June 2025. A retail trade article in January 2025 described the project as an upcoming retail and leisure destination with handover planned for late 2025. SCO formats let buyers own a whole small building on a plot, usually with shops below and offices above, once services are complete. Since the registration deadline has passed, buyers should check the HRERA extension order, the status of internal roads and services, and the plot's approved building height before buying.
