Dasnac Arc

Dasnac Arc is a compact mixed commercial project by Dasnac on plot MPC-02 in Sector 72, Noida, registered with UP RERA as Phase I by Montevista Private Limited. The plot is about 5,150 sq m, around 1.3 acres. The registration lists 725 units: 212 studio suites of roughly 194 to 312 sq ft carpet and 510 retail shops that range from tiny kiosks of about 22 sq ft to stores of about 657 sq ft, plus three other spaces. That combination points to a ground-level shopping street with serviced studio suites above, a format Dasnac has also used at its Sector 124 project. Listing sites mention a rooftop pool, a gym and lounge areas for studio occupants, and describe road links towards Golf Marg, NH-24 and the Noida-Greater Noida Expressway. The registration was approved in September 2023 and declares completion by 16 June 2028, so the project is under construction. Portal prices for small studios start around Rs 35 lakh, but these are not builder-confirmed figures and should be checked against a current price list.
