DDA Towering Heights Karkardooma

DDA Towering Heights is the housing part of the Delhi Development Authority's East Delhi Hub at Karkardooma, which DDA calls its first transit-oriented development. The Delhi RERA record for Phase I (DLRERA2025P0014) describes a housing stock of 1,524 dwelling units in three residential towers: RT-01 with 450 flats, RH-02 with 576 flats and an EWS tower with 498 flats, plus civic amenity blocks, on part of a larger land parcel next to Jagriti Enclave. In October 2025 DDA put the 1,026 two-bedroom flats of RT-01 and RH-02 up for e-auction. The circular lists plinth areas from about 141.6 to 250.3 sq m, with reserve prices of roughly Rs 1.78 crore to Rs 3.09 crore before GST and maintenance charges; the higher end applies to 30 RH-02 flats that carry extra terrace area. Buyers pay 75 percent within 60 days of the demand letter and the rest before possession. DDA's brochure said the flats were in the final stages of construction and expected handover by July 2026. The site adjoins Karkardooma Metro station, where the Blue and Pink lines meet, and is close to Anand Vihar. Buyers should confirm the current sale mode and handover status with DDA.
