DLF Alameda Independent Floors

DLF Alameda is a DLF residential plotted colony in Sector 73, Gurugram, close to the Southern Peripheral Road. Within the colony DLF built low-rise independent floors, which it registered with HRERA Gurugram as 'Independent Floors at DLF Alameda, Sec 73' under GGM/491/223/2021/59 dated 21 September 2021, with DLF Home Developers as promoter. The HRERA record notes that the floors sit inside a larger plotted colony spread over four DTCP licences, parts of which received completion certificates as early as 2013. The floors are mainly four-bedroom homes of around 3,750 sq ft, while the colony also has residential plots that change hands on the resale market. Portals now list the floors as ready, with asking prices that range widely between about Rs 5 crore and Rs 10 crore depending on size and floor level. The setting suits buyers who prefer a low-density gated layout over high-rise towers, with Sohna Road, Golf Course Extension Road and the SPR all within short reach. Buyers should confirm the occupation certificate for the specific floor, stilt parking allotment and DLF's maintenance terms before purchase.
