DLF Central 67

DLF Central 67 is a shop-cum-office plotted colony by DLF Home Developers in Sector 67, Gurugram, close to Sohna Road and the Southern Peripheral Road. DLF launched it in December 2023 on a site of about 8.69 acres, offering SCO plots that start at roughly 140 square yards and go up to around 490 square yards. News reports put plot prices between about Rs 7.25 crore and Rs 28 crore and quoted DLF as saying all 75 plots were sold soon after launch. HRERA Gurugram registered the project under RC/REP/HARERA/GGM/768/500/2023/112 on 4 December 2023, based on DTCP licence 234 of 2023, with a declared completion date of 31 December 2027. Buyers build their own multi-storey shop and office buildings on the plots within the approved zoning, so delivery depends on DLF finishing roads and services first and then on each owner's construction. Sector 67 is surrounded by large housing communities, which supports demand for daily retail, clinics and offices. Resale buyers should check the plot's allotment terms, transfer charges and the status of DLF's internal development works.
