DLF Independent Floors in DLF City Phase 3 is the redevelopment-style product DLF introduced in late 2020, building new low-rise independent floors on its own residential plots inside the old DLF City colonies instead of selling the plots. Business Today reported in November 2020 that DLF had launched 88 residences on 22 plots in Phase 3, priced around Rs 3.75 crore to Rs 4.25 crore each, and that they sold out almost at once. HRERA Gurugram records from search results show the Phase 3 floors registered under DLF Luxury Homes Limited, including GGM/431/163/2020/47 dated 22 December 2020 and GGM/441/173/2021/08(A) dated 22 February 2021 covering 13 plots on about 0.915 acre, and a certificate valid to the end of 2024. The success of this batch led DLF to repeat the format in other phases and on corner plots in 2023. Because the floors sit on individual plots spread through Phase 3, buyers in the resale market should confirm the exact plot, the floor's registration batch and the occupation certificate.
