DLF Privana South

DLF Privana South is a luxury high-rise project in Sector 77 of New Gurgaon and the first phase DLF sold in its Privana township, a development of about 116 acres spread over Sectors 76 and 77 off the Southern Peripheral Road. The registered phase covers roughly 25 acres and seven towers holding 1,113 homes. DLF describes the product as large 4 BHK apartments, with two penthouses in each tower. The company announced pre-launch sales of about Rs 7,200 crore in January 2024 and said the stock was taken up within about three days, one of the fastest sell-outs seen on this corridor. HRERA Gurugram registered the project on 18 December 2023. The completion endpoint in the filing is 30 June 2031; some listing sites quote an earlier handover around 2028, so buyers on resale should rely on the RERA record and DLF's written commitments rather than broker claims.
